2) Who We Are
WORTH is a talent and employer platform where users can create profiles, share work/portfolio links,
connect with others, and communicate through the service. Features may include job postings, applications, messaging,
and account verification.

We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: name, email address, account type (talent/employer), and verification status. Passwords are stored as secure hashes.
- Profile Information: bio, skills, location (city/state/country), links you add (portfolio/social/media), and profile photo/banner if you upload them.
- Employer / Job Information: company name, job postings, job descriptions, and job video URLs (if you add them).
- Messages & Communications: messages you send through the platform and support requests you submit.
- Usage & Device Data: pages visited, actions on the site, device/browser information, IP address, and timestamps. Approximate location may be inferred from IP.
- Security Data: fraud/spam signals, suspicious login attempts, and abuse-prevention data.
- Cookies / Local Storage: session cookies, authentication cookies, and preferences (where applicable).

- Display your profile and content you choose to publish (skills, bio, links, etc.).

Please do not post sensitive personal information that you do not want publicly visible.

If messaging is available, messages may be stored to deliver the service, support safety, and resolve disputes.
We may review messages only in limited cases, such as investigating abuse/spam/fraud or responding to valid legal requests.

We do not control third-party websites or their practices.
