What is WORTH?

What’s the difference between a Talent account and an Employer account?

Talent: you build a profile, show skills, add links/media, and apply to jobs.
Employer: you create a company presence, post jobs, review applicants, and message/schedule.
I signed up. Do I need to verify my email?

If email verification is enabled, yes — it helps protect accounts and reduce spam. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder.
If you don’t see it, contact support and include the email you used to sign up.
I can’t log in. What should I do?
